Ravens Secure AFC North Title With 35-10 Victory Over Browns

The Baltimore Ravens clinched their second consecutive AFC North title with a decisive 35-10 win over the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. Quarterback Lamar Jackson threw two touchdown passes, while running back Derrick Henry added a 43-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Jackson's performance also saw him surpass 4,000 passing yards for the season, making him the first player in NFL history to achieve over 4,000 passing yards and 900 rushing yards in a single season.

The Ravens' victory secured them the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs, ensuring a home game in the postseason. Head coach John Harbaugh expressed pride in his team's resilience, noting their ability to overcome early-season challenges and finish strong. "It's awesome, it's an awesome thing. It's a week-to-week league, and you really just have to take it one week at a time, one day at a time, one play at a time, and our guys have done a really good job of holding on to that," Harbaugh said.

On the other hand, the Browns' season concluded with a 3-14 record, marking a significant setback for the franchise. The team now faces an offseason filled with uncertainty and potential changes. Cleveland's quarterback situation remains a focal point, as Bailey Zappe, their 40th starting quarterback since re-entering the NFL, completed 16 of 31 passes for 170 yards and one touchdown in the loss.

Looking ahead, the Ravens are set to face the Los Angeles Chargers in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs. With a four-game winning streak heading into the postseason, Baltimore is poised to make a deep playoff run. The team's balanced offensive attack, featuring Jackson's dual-threat capabilities and Henry's powerful running, positions them as a formidable opponent in the AFC.

As the NFL playoffs approach, the AFC North division has showcased its competitive nature, with the Ravens emerging as the champions. The Browns, Steelers, and Bengals will now look to regroup and strategize for the upcoming season, aiming to challenge Baltimore's dominance in the division.
