Ravens Secure AFC North Title With Dominant 35-10 Victory Over Browns

The Baltimore Ravens clinched their second consecutive AFC North title with a decisive 35-10 win over the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. Quarterback Lamar Jackson threw two touchdown passes and surpassed 4,000 passing yards for the season, while running back Derrick Henry added two fourth-quarter touchdowns, rushing for 138 yards.

Jackson's performance was historic, making him the first player in NFL history to accumulate over 4,000 passing yards and 900 rushing yards in a single season. His 217 passing yards and 63 rushing yards were instrumental in the Ravens' victory.

The Ravens' defense also played a crucial role, with cornerback Nate Wiggins intercepting a pass from Browns quarterback Bailey Zappe and returning it for a touchdown. Additionally, defensive lineman Michael Pierce intercepted Zappe, further solidifying Baltimore's dominance.

With this win, the Ravens secured the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs and will host a first-round game against either the Los Angeles Chargers or the Pittsburgh Steelers. Head coach John Harbaugh emphasized the importance of focusing on the upcoming postseason challenges.

The Browns, finishing the season with a 3-14 record, now face an offseason filled with potential changes. Their quarterback situation remains uncertain, and they could have the opportunity to select as high as the first overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.

As the Ravens prepare for the playoffs, their recent form, including a four-game winning streak, positions them as strong contenders in the AFC. Their balanced offense and resilient defense will be key as they aim to advance further in the postseason.
