Ravens Secure AFC North Title With Dominant 35-10 Victory Over Browns

The Baltimore Ravens clinched their second consecutive AFC North title with a decisive 35-10 win over the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. Quarterback Lamar Jackson threw two touchdown passes and surpassed 4,000 passing yards for the season, while running back Derrick Henry added two fourth-quarter touchdowns, rushing for 138 yards.

Jackson's performance was historic, making him the first player in NFL history to accumulate over 4,000 passing yards and 900 rushing yards in a single season. His 217 passing yards and 63 rushing yards were instrumental in securing the Ravens' victory.

The Ravens' defense also played a crucial role, with cornerback Nate Wiggins intercepting a pass from Browns quarterback Bailey Zappe and returning it for a touchdown. Additionally, defensive lineman Michael Pierce added another interception, further solidifying Baltimore's dominance.

With this win, the Ravens finished the regular season with a 12-5 record, securing the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs. They will host a first-round playoff game against either the Los Angeles Chargers or the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Browns, on the other hand, concluded their season with a 3-14 record. Despite the loss, quarterback Bailey Zappe showed resilience, completing 16 of 31 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown. However, his two interceptions, including the one returned for a touchdown, were costly.

Looking ahead, the Ravens are poised to make a deep playoff run, with Jackson and Henry leading the offense and a defense that has shown the ability to make game-changing plays. Their recent form, including a four-game winning streak to close the regular season, positions them as strong contenders in the AFC.
