Ravens Clinch AFC North Title With 35-10 Victory Over Browns

The Baltimore Ravens secured their second consecutive AFC North division title with a decisive 35-10 win over the Cleveland Browns on January 4, 2025. This victory not only clinched the division but also earned the Ravens the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson delivered an impressive performance, completing 16 of 32 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns. He also added 63 rushing yards on nine carries, making him the first player in NFL history to surpass 4,000 passing yards and 900 rushing yards in a single season.

Running back Derrick Henry was instrumental in the Ravens' offensive success, rushing for 138 yards on 20 carries and scoring two touchdowns, including a 43-yard run in the fourth quarter. Henry concluded his first season with the Ravens with 1,921 rushing yards and 18 total touchdowns.

The Ravens' defense also made significant contributions, starting the game with an interception returned for a touchdown by cornerback Nate Wiggins. This early turnover set the tone for a dominant defensive performance that limited the Browns' offense throughout the game.

With this victory, the Ravens finished the regular season with a 12-5 record, overcoming an 0-2 start and a challenging schedule filled with playoff-caliber teams. Their four-game winning streak to close the season propelled them to the top of the AFC North division.

Looking ahead, the Ravens are focused on their upcoming playoff matchup, aiming to build on their strong finish to the regular season and advance further in the postseason. Head coach John Harbaugh emphasized the importance of maintaining their momentum as they prepare for the challenges ahead.
